Hydrophobic surface chemistry, optimized for PV

Standard PV efficiency degrades fast in dust, sand, and pollen environments. Aether Solar is a thin polysilazane-based coating that pushes water droplets off the panel surface and carries soils with them — maintaining optical clarity longer between cleaning cycles.

Multi-month trials in Australia and the Middle East, in partnership with Enel Green Power. Coated panels showed measurably less efficiency loss between cleanings than uncoated control panels.

CSP-compatible

Engineered for both PV panel glass and concentrating solar power reflective mirrors. Maintains the optical surface quality these systems depend on for output and concentration ratio.
