Polysilazane-based ceramic coating that bonds at the molecular level to glass substrates. 9H pencil hardness. 3-year durability. Hydrophobic, oleophobic, ASTM-certified for accelerated weathering. Cuts cleaning frequency dramatically across solar, marine, transit, and commercial buildings.
Aether Glass is polysilazane-based. Once applied and cured, it forms covalent bonds with the glass surface itself — it doesn’t simply sit on top. The result is a thin ceramic film that becomes part of the substrate, with very long durability and minimal optical loss.
Water beads up and rolls off carrying soils with it. Oils and fingerprints don’t adhere. The surface stays clear under conditions that would streak or stain bare glass.
The cured coating itself is harder than the underlying glass, resisting fine scratches from sand, debris, and routine cleaning equipment that would gradually scuff bare glass.
ASTM G154-06 accelerated weathering shows zero hydrophobic degradation across 2,500 hours of UVB and condensation cycling — equivalent to roughly two years of Florida sun.
